The Vacuum Inert Gas Atomization System (VIGA) uses a vacuum induction melting furnace to melt, refine, and degass the alloy in the furnace. The molten alloy is placed into the gas atomization nozzle system through a tundish, and inert gas is used for atomization. The three-level cyclone classification collection system was adopted to refine and classify the powder collection, reducing pollution. The vacuum acquisition and measurement system used a three-level pumping system to ensure the vacuum degree of the equipment and avoid powder oxidation.
This equipment consists of a smelting insulation room, an atomization room, a cyclone dust collector, a powder collection tank, a vacuum system, an atomization inflation system, a water cooling system, a hydraulic system, a power and electrical control system, a working platform, etc. This equipment is a vertical elevated structure, with a vacuum unit and a powder collection tank arranged on the ground.
VIGA has 10 production lines and an annual production capacity of over 750 tons of 3D printing powder. Produced under inert gas protection, the powder has high sphericity, low oxygen content, and low satellite balls.

The crucible free induction melting gas atomization system (EIGA) is based on a vertically oriented rotating electrode, which continuously melts in an inert gas environment without a ceramic crucible by controlling the movement of a specially designed conical induction coil. Optimize the design of the induction coil and the frequency of the generator to achieve the necessary heat, allowing the melt to detach from one end of the electrode. Through appropriate control, a continuous flow of molten material directly falls into the center of the annular slit. Then, an inert gas nozzle is used to convert the molten metal into a high-speed airflow to atomize the melt. When moving downward along the atomizing tower, the micro droplets spray solidify to form spherical fine powder, which is collected in a vacuum sealed powder container.
This equipment consists of a production system, screening system, testing system, public engineering system, and environmental dust removal system. It can process metal bar raw materials into specified metal powder products.
There are 5 EIGA production lines, with a final production capacity of over 120 tons of 3D printed titanium alloy powder. Adopting inert gas atomization, the powder has high sphericity, low oxygen content, and few satellite balls.
