1 ► Storage
The powder warehouse should be equipped with ventilation, dust prevention, moisture-proof, fire prevention, and pest and rodent prevention facilities.
2 ► Storage method
All products must be stored in a closed environment to prevent the introduction of environmental impurities. They cannot be placed directly on the ground and must be neatly stacked on shelves. Products stored in aluminum foil bags or cans must be sealed and packaged, and stored with moisture-proof treatment. Products should be stored away from direct sunlight and away from heat and ignition sources.
3 ► Storage environment
The temperature and humidity meter should be placed in a prominent position that is easy to view and not exposed to sunlight, about 1.5 meters above the ground, and calibrated regularly. Storage conditions should be met.
The ambient temperature should be controlled at -10 ℃ -40 ℃, and for sealed and packaged finished powder, the air humidity should be controlled at ≤ 75% RH; When the powder or sealing conditions during the circulation process are limited, the air humidity should be controlled at ≤ 45% RH, and drying treatment should be done before use.
